This is a great fine art paper, and I have been using it for years as a professional photographer. My complaint is with the way Amazon still packs it for shipping. I have just received another pack of paper with damage to the corner. Package of paper put in bottom of a box that was too big, with just some packing paper put on top. Now requires trimming in order to use, as I cannot take the time to return and replace. If they would just pad the corners properly, all would be well.

Please request Amazon to take better care in packing photo paper. Perhaps if enough people express concern, the message will get through...

I love reading reviews, hate to write them...but this paper really is (in my opinion) impressive. It ain't cheap, but when you are wanting to produce nice quality giclee prints that are archival, museum quality of either artwork or photography as I am...is it not worth a little more in paper cost?!! I print on a canon pixma markII 9500 which uses pigment "ink". Beautiful results.

CORRECT PRINT SIDE: Very lightly touch a corner with moistened fingertips. The side that is "tacky" is the correct print side.

I opened an art gallery this summer and wanted to produce my own prints on an Epson Stylus R1800. My goodness! I was amazed at the results! Truly, I would have never guessed the difference could be so great. I thought my work was printing nicely before, but I've read a lot of folks just raving about this Fine Art paper and wanted to try it. It is pricey, but well worth every penny. The reds in my pomegranate paintings have never been so brilliant. I enthusiastically endorse this product! Well done, Epson!

I just ordered this paper and it showed up today. I wanted to just put in a note that this package contains 20 pages. I could not find that information anywhere!

As I just ordered this and have only printed two pictures so far, for lack of a more intelligent review, I can say, it's COOL! Very impressive picture quality for the two 'artistic' shots I printed. I love the soft, matte quality and the sturdy thickness. I have an Epson 2200.

This paper produces prints that are not quite as sharp as you would get with premium glossy paper, or even matte photo paper, but it's a very nice look. I'm an artist who works a lot with charcoal and colored chalk pencils, so for me, these prints look like the product of someone who just completed a KILLER piece of art!
On other Epson papers, my Epson R320 usually prints everything a tiny bit darker than what my screen shows in photoshop, so I always have to lighten my photos a little more than normal in order to get a perfect print. Not so with this paper. The colors and intensity are right on! I've mostly printed nature photos and pet photos with this paper, and I am extremely happy with both!

I use this paper whenever I print almost all of my artwork. The images come out looking incredible -- when I print an image that was originally on watercolor paper, it is almost impossible to tell the difference -- it has that nice watercolor paper look and feel. Also, there are lots of warnings in the packaging about handling and printing on this paper -- but I have had no problems with scratching images transported just sitting in a folder in my car -- and I've also loved the quality of printing on both sides -- one has a little less texture than the other, is all. (I'm using an Epson Stylus Photo RX620, btw.)

This paper works beautifully with my Epson Stylus Photo R1900 and the print quality is superior to anything else I have tried. However, be sure to print on the correct side! Everyone talks about printing on "the brighter side" but it's not always that obvious unless you are holding it in very bright, natural light. When you open the package from the back, the printing side is usually facing you, right underneath the instructional paper. I attached a photo to illustrate how much sharper (and simply more fabulous) the print quality is if printed on the correct side, compared to the wrong side (oops). I hope this helps.

It is great paper. The instructions say to print on the whitest side. It is very hard for someone with limited vision like me to tell which side is the whitest. Of course I printed my first picture on the wrong side. It was not very good. I turned the paper over and printed it again with spectacular results. E pson should mark the back of the paper.
