Directions
Heat therapy: Place in a clean microwave and heat in 20 second intervals until optimal heat is achieved. The Foot Cozys should feel warm, not hot, to the touch. Cool therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer overnight. May be left in freezer indefinitely until ready for use. Cleaning instructions: Remove grain inserts and machine wash Cozys in cold water, using delicate cycle. Tumble dry on low and remove promptly.

I wanted to love these, but I just don't. I am returning them. I wear a size 9 shoe, and these were actually slightly floppy on me. Additionally, the beads in the bottom do not lay flat across your entire foot when you have them on, which kind of defeats the purpose of keeping your feet warm. I took them off and shook them around until the beads were spread out uniformly, but the only way they stay like that is if you then just place your feet on the floor. If you want to prop your feet up, the beads then all shift down again and refuse to stay in place. I love their other products, but the design of this one is off. I'll just stick with my old Gap slipper socks for now.

These are exactly what I needed. I live in a house that is heated with a wood furnace and the house is kept around 12 degrees Celsius (50 Fahrenheit) most of the time. By evening, when I am sitting quietly, my feet start to cool down, and by bedtime, they are like little blocks of ice. I found it so hard to go to sleep with such cold feet. Even with my hand knit wool or alpaca socks, they still got cold. I heat these at bedtime and slip them on before getting into bed. They are wonderfully warm and just the thing I need, and I fall asleep much more quickly as a result. They are not designed to be "slippers" for walking in - they are designed to be foot cozies! If you want something to warm your feet while you are sitting quietly or going to bed, these are the perfect thing.

First, I've just purchased the Dreamtime foot AND separate hand cozys as a gift for someone who struggles with cold hands and feet (of course!) But I've used both products myself for several years, and they're still as good as new. Next, as others have stated, they are not slippers (or gloves), but 'cozys', thus the name. Don't expect to walk around in them. They're perfect for sitting on the sofa to read a book or watch TV. Even if the heated grains aren't touching you, the cozys create a chamber of warmth that takes care of cold fingers and toes quickly. Just pop them into the microwave (according to instructions) and you're all set. By the way, I put the whole thing in the microwave oven rather than separating the cloth from the grains - no issues - and it has worked just fine so far. There's always someone in the house who is just a bit chilled when everyone else is comfortable, and these are a perfect solution on the sofa.

his weak leg. I pop the body wrap in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and lay it down his leg. It is

I have owned this body wrap for 3 yrs. I use it several times a day for my fibromyalgia, neck pain (after auto accident) & even for my cold feet! You can use it anywhere on your body. The scent is mild. I zap it in the microwave for 1 min. 38 sec. Even though it cools down gradually, there is still some some residual heat left for my feet even after an hour. In the evening I warm it up and start at my neck, then move it around to other parts of my body. It just makes me feel good and relaxes me before bed. I also use it to relax my muscles before doing exercises to a certain difficult painful spot. I take it with me wherever I visit as I can't live without it now.

This is one of my favorite things in life! I use it for aches and pains everywhere as well as a relaxing heat source on chilly nights. The smell is instantly comforting and the heat is wonderful. It also makes a wonderful gift; everyone seems to like it!! I highly recommend it.

I bought these for my father, who is 84 and has blood circulation problems in his feet. He loves them. A couple of minutes in the microwave, and they are ready to provide him with hours of relief. The only downside is that the Cozys are not designed to walk in, which poses a small issue for Dad. But overall, a great product!
