ValueRAM's KVR400X64C3A/512 is a kit of one 64M x 64-bit (512MB) CL3 DDR400 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory module. The components on this module include sixteen 32M x 8-bit (8M x 8-bit x 4 Bank) DDR400 SDRAM in TSOP packages. This 184-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +2.5V.

What can I say? Kingston rocks, it showed up very quickly, was not DOA and really kicked up the speed of my system. I am never disappointed by any Kingston product.
