This is an awesome little keyboard. I was looking for something small and sexy to match my iPaq, and this fits the bill.

I like being able to write on my PDA's screen, but the bottom line is that it was taking too much time for anything more than just two or three words, and I prefer typing to writing anyways. This has changed my iPaq from from being primarily an information display unit to a more balanced input/output role where I can actually enter meaningful amounts of info like meeting notes.

One note: you'll avoid a lot of frustration by making sure you're using the latest driver from Think Outside (the actual designer and manufacturer): [...].

Ok, maybe it won't be as life-changing as say graduating, getting married, or having kids, but it's pretty darn amazing anyways. I've had my iPaq for half a year, but having a laptop-sized keyboard makes it so much more functional. It's especially useful for taking notes in class if you're a student. And it's cured me of my laptop-envy. I'm no longer tempted to by a super-small super-expensive laptop.

The slim aluminum exterior is ten times sexier than the 1st generation of Stowaway keyboards. The missing number row takes a little getting used to, but the slim size is definitely worth the compromise. My primary computer is a laptop, and this keyboard feels almost exactly the same. Since it's only a little bigger than my PDA when closed, it isn't a hassle to carry around.

This item made my PDA crash continuously when attempted to use. Finally, somehow made the PCB burn! Don't buy this.
