I got these to replace the small tires & wheels on a power wheel chair. I'm sure that they will outlast the entire chair. I did not use the swivel mounts, only the tires. They have a larger diameter bolt (axle) than my original tires, but the bushing from my old mount fit exactly inside the bushing on these wheels and the width of the wheels fit perfectly. The old tires were pneumatic and were worn out. These were an exact fit to the old tires. I will never have to replace these. They are very heavy and sturdy. Replacement tires from the wheel chair company were $600. These were less than $40 and will NEVER wear out like the cheaply made "factory" replacements. I am VERY happy, and $560 richer!
