After buying a utensil holder that was twice the price and not being able to close my shallow utensil drawer, I ordered this item and Copco 2555-7872 Large Mesh 3-Part In-Drawer Utensil Organizer Together, they achieved exactly the storage I needed and wanted simply. I was concerned I wouldn't like the mesh (rather than solid) but have found 2 advantages to it:
1. I can put instructions for kitchen appliances under and still see them.
2. Easy to clean because can just lift the trays.
I really see no downside to them, but if you are considering getting them, you should know they are pretty industrial and modern looking. For me, they don't match my kitchen style at all, but since they're in a drawer, I really don't care. Some people might though.
I prefer these to plastic (they feel more long lasting and well-made) and wood (easier for me to keep clean).
The price is great, especially with Amazon Prime.

I was very disappointed with this item. I thought the silvery colour was the actual colour of the metal. Instead, the silver is a dull, easily chipping layer of paint; at the sites of the chips, the metal is powdery and black. This tray is also very poorly finished. There are numerous places where the mesh is broken, and the sharp metal edges cut you! The cheap construction of this item is further evident by the misaligned bottom metal setting.

Just, all in all a horribly unsafe item. I cut fingers in two places already while handling it. For the love of all that is good, do not buy.

I was going to go for a cheaper tray, but this came with free shipping, so it was worth a few extra dollars. Now that I have it, I'm glad I went with this product. It may just be a tray, but it's got style. Also, it's a treat for the fingertips. You could put rusty spoons in here, or not rusty as you prefer. I worried it might be too large for my drawer, but it's a perfect fit.

I had similar, but a bit more refined, cutlery trays at our old house and loved them. When we moved, much to my dismay they were just a hair too wide for the kitchen drawers. Was happy to find these narrower trays. They fit fine and work great. The only difference is the metal was smoother on the old ones. And the slots being narrower makes it a little harder to get silverware out. Even though the slots are narrow, they hold service for 8 of my rather hefty cutlery. I use two, in two drawers - need the extra slots for salad forks, soup spoons, grandkids' silverware, serving pieces, etc.

Should you buy it: Probably, if you have small drawers

Pros: < 10" width

Cons: metal

My kitchen, for whatever purpose, has some of the smallest drawers I've ever seen in any kitchen outside of a dollhouse. Barely 10" across, and certainly not large enough to hold the cutlery trays they sell at BB&B... so I came online, found this, and bought it, since I didn't have any other options that weren't made of plastic. Having said that, this particular item is actually made with quality. It fits snugly in my drawer with less than half an inch to spare, and is long enough to hold all of my (rather lengthy (it's a style, ok?)) cutlery. It does slide around a bit without something underneath, but I had some spare cabinet liner that solved the problem.

I don't really know if it's fair to dock this item 1 star since I wanted a wooden organizer and had to buy metal (which is not the fault of the manufacturer). So there you have it, a 5-star product if you want a metal organizer, and a 4-star if you wanted not-metal. But all in all, a great product, exactly what I needed, and at an unbeatable price.
