I ordered this magazine rack for my husband so he would stop stacking papers,tv guide,etc. on the chairs, this rack is perfect(not too big-not too small)and it holds alot. He puts his fav books and the newspaper in it. He also keeps important printed e-mails in the slots.

It holds a lot of magazines (I've got ~20 in there now) which is a plus. The downside is the magazines fall to the side when placed vertically and slump down when placed in horizontally. I can't win. It holds them though which is why I got it in the first place.
