The racks are lovely and well made. But they are a full inch longer than stated in the description. Check that your cupboard can hold 11 inches with the door shut.

My fault for measuring the cabinet depth instead of the shelf depth, but this thing protrudes over half an inch beyond the shelf. I can live with that. What's really annoying is how misleading the product appears. You will never be able to use more than four hooks, and it would just be easier to use if it only had two hooks on each side. Only giving this an extra star because it's cheap and at least gets four of my teacups out of the way.

I bought this product a few days ago and I got it today. I like this rack, it can hold up to 10 cups, five on each rows. The hooks are about 1.25 inches apart.

A few things that I like about this rack:

1 - it can hold up to 1.5 pounds per hook.
2 - there are 10 hooks total, 5 on each rows.
3 - it is some what durable, but gets the job done.

A few things I don't like about this rack:

1 - the hooks are 1.25 inches apart only. I wished there was more distance between the hooks. But, it is what it is.
2 - the rack does not come with screws, so you have to buy two screws to mount it under the cabinet.
3 - when I got the rack by mail today, it was very dirty and dusty. I wished the rack was cleaned before it was shipped out to me.

The only reason I gave a four star is because, the rack looks cheap. But, if you live in a New York City studio apartment, then you know how difficult it is to make space on the counter top. It gets the job done. For the price I paid I am happy with this rack.

I have been using this cup rack for a year now and find it quite satisfactory for the light duty application I have. It will not hold mugs as the spacing is not correct but works fine with cups. It is a bit on the flimsy side so I would not recommend it for a heavy duty application.

We ordered two of these to hang cups from in our cabinet as a way to maximize cabinet space. So far, they are working well. They are plastic so I'm a little concerned with how well they'll hold up in the long run. The main drawback is that if you have oversized mugs like we do, the rack won't hold many. I can only get four mugs on each rack. It's not ideal, but we've made it work for us.

New kitchen remodel, she wants to hang normal size coffee cups however this device is sized for......well we tried her old teacups and every other cup in the house, but it hangs only with every OTHER cup (of the smaller variety). To big for a doll house, to small for everything but my garage.

This sliding cup holder was easy to install. I had to trim off a half inch to fit inside my cupboard and there was no problem cutting it or sliding after installing. I purchased two units and one doesn't slide as well as the other but that's not an issue for me as I hardly use the cups. It's great having them hang from the top as it gave me more room in the cupboard.
