I have been using Sally Hansen bleach for several years now. I used to like it but for some reason it no longer works as it used to.
I don't know if they have changed the concentration of the ingredients or what. Even if I don't store the box in the bathroom, the powder becomes pasty and clumps. Then it gets difficult to pour the adequate amount to mix with the cream. Toward the end of the product it becomes unusable and I have to throw it away.

Love this bleach for lightening upper lip hair, and avoiding the dreaded moustache. One caveat though, as with all bleaches I suppose, watch the clock! I had a red "moustache" for a while (like, over a year) because my bleach had burned me after leaving it on longer than intended. (I also have rosacea, so am particularly sensitive to this stuff, but I feel "be careful" is good advice for pretty much anybody.)

My problem: I have red hair, very fair skin, and thick pitch black eyebrows! No temporary methods (brow tint, powder, pencil) really helped too much because they were too dark to tint in any way. so I bought this hoping to lighten them up a few shades.

I used a spooly brush (basically a cleaned-off mascara wand) to apply it to my brows very carefully. It's a pretty thick paste and you shouldn't have too many issues with dripping if you're careful. I'd leave it on in minute to minute-and-a-half increments, then wipe it off to check the progress. I was able to gradually get my brows to the right shades after three applications.

The only problem is that it really does sting a little bit. If you're used to waxing and plucking, then you should be able to tolerate the stinging just fine. But it IS bleach, so it'll sting at least a bit. All-in-all I'm very satisfied and while I didn't use it for its intended purpose, I know that there must be others out there who're looking to lighten their brows a bit!

One of the best decisions I've ever made, cosmetically! I never thought about bleaching my Facial hair but after I saw a review on YouTube I thought I'd try it! I was scared at first because I wasn't sure how it would look on my skin conplexion but it looks amazing! Pretty much made my hairs invisible so my skin looks perfect! Almost like I'm wearing foundation but I'm not! I have very good skin to begin with so it just added an extra layer or glow to my skin! I would recommend to anyone to try! So far it's lasted a week.

I was worried about the other reviews that mentioned skin irritation and redness (as I would like to think I have sensitive skin). My only time to use this is in the mornings, when my husband has left for work, kids are still in bed and I'm getting ready for work (which means right before I leave the house). I couldn't afford to leave with a red upper lip and chin... I followed the directions exactly and timed it for 8 minutes. I have very coarse, dark hair (I'm Italian & have PCOS). I think it worked great! No redness. The only thing that some say is true is the strong smell - it is strong, but I think when using products like this, you have to pick your battles - I noticed I smelled it more if I stayed in the bathroom. Once I applied it and walked to the kitchen I didn't notice the smell as bad, plus 8 minutes goes by faster than you realize.

Yes this stuff works. If you feel a tingling sensation, you're doing it right! I have extremely sensitive and dry skin all year round and I thought this would be a problem but it's not. It says to use it a couple times a week, I do it maybe once a month but I only use cause my peach fuzz is a tad dark not too bad others who may have it worse will probably have to use it a little more frequently. P.s. don't be embarrassed.
