This product really works. I'm a little far-sided, just enough that I was told I should wear the weakest prescription glasses. I've read, however, that glasses worsen your vision over time by allowing your eyes to not work as hard. Besides, I'd rather not have to wear glasses. I started hunting for a prescription.

A better diet coupled with the Solgar Ginko Eyebright + Lutein Complex ( Just as an FYI... There's another version I accidentally bought once that was cheaper but minus the lutein that didn't work nearly as well) has improved my vision so well that I no longer need to wear glasses. I don't get headaches from reading or staring at a computer all day when I take these capsules.

I'm fairly impatient when I try a new supplement. If I don't see results within the first few weeks, I abandon it. I saw results within the first few days. I have better results when I take it consistently, two a day as the bottle recommends, but I often go weeks without taking it because my vision is so improved. Then, I just take it when I feel my eyes start to strain and it clears up within a few days of taking it. I love, love, love this product.

I know it helped another reviewer with allergies/sinus problems. It didn't affect my hay-fever one way or another but this product is well worth it just for vision support. If it improves other areas, I think that's a lucky bonus but don't expect it. For my hay-ferver I use Jarrow Formulas Quercetin 500mg, 200 Capsules which I'm going to go review next!

I've been taking this supplement for about 4 months and I believe that not only is it great for vision support, but it has retarded the effects of allergens on my sinuses as well. Sort of an overall eye area benefit. The combination makes it nice because it's blended to provide maximum benefit for each supplement, and reduces the number of capsules to be taken.

When I started taking it sometimes my eyesight would be so blurry that it would take a few hours in the morning to be able to see clearly and also my eyesight seemed to be deteriorating quickly. I began taking this product and within a couple of weeks no more blurry eyes and I could read the newspaper without my reader glasses...and I went in for an eye exam and was told that I have perfect eyesight...and I'm 63. I LOVE this product.

On the Solgar brand, my eyes had begun to produce moisture again (I suffer from dry eyes) and they weren't as sensitive to light. I'm a believer! I work in an office with fluorescent lighting and stare at a computer screen all day. My eyes were shot! Bloodshot! I started experiencing blurry vision and red eyes to the point where it was very uncomfortable to work. I would even wake up in the morning with bloodshot eyes and was a frequent abuser of Visine.
