I only use these when I am fighting a bug. So, I get the smaller bottle. I used to get the larger bottle but if you push it to close to the expiration date they turn yellow/brown and the texture changes. So, just make sure to use them up quickly!

I do like these but they have a bitter taste to them. I used to get a brand that I can't remember the name and I would eat them like candy because they were so good. These are much easier to take than the pills because these are actually enjoyable!
