First of all I'm shocked that this product has not been reviewed. I am currently on my third bottle. I use this extract for a boost of energy. Some mornings it is extremely difficult for me to get out of bed. I keep the bottle at the head of my bed. A few drops in a cup of water and I'm ready to start my day. I love the boost of energy I get, without having a crash later. Yes I would buy this product again, and yes I have already recommended this product to friends and family.

I used this after using a different brand. I also have been using this in my fruit-infused water as a way to come off of soda, as a way to have a natural way to have some energy added to it so it wasn't just coming off of caffeine cold-turkey. The other brand (I believe it was Ultimate Chi or something like that), my body literally had no idea I came off soda! I thought I'd ease off of soda but before I knew it, I was only to ONE soda a day & body had no clue! So obviously my body didn't notice when I went to zero sodas either. Caffeine doesn't really affect me in a big way, but I knew going without completely, my body would know SOMETHING was up. But when I decided to try this brand because it was way cheaper than the Ultimate Chi (or whatever)... holy crap, did my body crash!!! And I'd already been off soda for weeks at that point! I am SO tired!!! I'm going back to the other brand PRONTO!

Edit: The taste, I just figured out, the taste of this extract tastes like GRASS! (after going back to a better brand, Chi Tea Ultimate Green Tea Extract... SO yummy & nice energy boost!). Yes, you heard me correctly... Herb Pharm Certified Organic Green Tea Extract tastes like GRASS! I didn't realize that's what it was until I went back to the other brand. I thought maybe there was something wrong w/ the cucumber or mint that I'd gotten. But the only thing different was the green tea extract. I first thought maybe I didn't cut enough of the cucumber peel off, or that I mashed the mint too hard. So I did those things differently the next time. But that didn't help, my water was still bitter & still tasted like grass. And wasn't sweet like it was before.
