I am a personal trainer, work a full timejob, teach 5 classes a week at the gym and take care of my children and family. Needless to say, but I put a lot of stress and strain on my body. Before I discovered this I would often get sick because I was so wore down. Someone recommended this product to me. I was very surprised that it actually worked. I always keep some on hand now and recommend it to everyone for immunity support. The taste is horrible but for me, the liquid is the only one that is so highly effective. Take in a small swallow of OJ, then drink a glass of OJ to kill the taste!

I have multiple allergies. Certain things, (baby powder, Obsession, some other perfumes) will literally kill me! I was a really bad asthmatic until I found this stuff. I have given this to many of my friends who have lung issues. It dried up a person with chronic bronchitis (a firefighter before they wore respirators) and stopped a woman who wheezed so loud that she could be heard on the other side of the ICU when she came to register a patient. I am a nurse, I have had allergic asthma and anaphylaxis from certain things for years. I always carry the small dropper bottle with me for times when I may be exposed, I get the big bottle and send the big bottle to my friends who need it and cannot get it locally.

Zand Insure Herbal Formula is of great benefit to me! When I begin to get sick, my allergies or asthma worsen or I just don't feel well, this is one of my main go-to remedies for getting whatever is going wrong in my body under control. It's not possible for me to go get an antibiotic every time I begin to get sick because I'm allergic to so many of them I have to be careful how often I use the ones I can still take. Thus, I have a big bottle of Zand Insure Herbal Forumula on hand to use whenever I need it and I take it two or three times a day depending on how sick I am. Sometimes I don't require taking it for long while other times the matter is more serious and requires consistent use for a longer period of time. I've literally used it for years off and on and time after time it keeps on working, helping me fight infections and other illnesses and helping give my immune system the support it needs to fight back. For me, the liquid works the best because I feel it gets right into the system and begins working immediately.

As a family, we take this whenever we are beginning to feel sick. At times, I will come home with a headache -- brought on by sinus congestion. Previously, I have used the neti pot and many over the counter medications for these symptoms. None of them work the way Insure does. I take two teaspoons and I feel better in about an hour. This "better" lasts--- as my body has made use of the vitamins to fight off the sickness. This has worked for the entire family: my wife, 8-year old daughter and 4-year old son.

Make sure you shake up the bottle before you use it. This helps mix up the vitamins. The taste is not bitter, but it is not very sweet either. I would put it on par with tasting a V-8 (of course, you are only drinking one or two spoonfuls). The taste does not linger in your mouth and since this is not medication, you can take this with any food at any time of the day. There is a children's version that is sweetened. My kids like this one a lot more, but I think the unsweetened works much better.

This is not a 'cure-all' and if you are very sick this will not make it "go away." However, it will help in these cases -- and often eliminates them if you catch the colds at their onset. The $32 price tag is a bit steep, but you are not supposed to take large dosages. This bottle lasted our family for 4 months.

First off this is a bit pricy but you don't really need more than a dropper full. I would suggest putting it in liquid as it does taste pretty bad and has an alcohol content to preserve the herbs.
I'm used to it (coffee/coke) so the taste no longer bothers me. It does however help with my allergies (itching/running nose) and I've made it through the entire winter without even much of a cold.

I've been using this product around 10 years and I continue to purchase it. Most of what helps me is the goldenseal, a natural antihistemine.

I have been using this product for many years now. Granted I eat a mediteranian diet with loads of fruits and vegatables and fish, so I have generally good health. But I also us a small dose of this daily in my Kombusha/Greentea mix and it works fantastic. During the cold and flu season I just up the dosage a bit. I still catch colds but it never gets past the stage of just starting to come down with it. Never becomes a full blown cold. Why pay for terrible medical care when you can care for yourself in a much friendlier healthier manner?
