Sable & Rosenfeld's Tipsy Onions have been the essential ingredient in my Gibsons for more than 20-years.

So, what is a Gibson? Nothing more than a Gin Martini garnished with a cocktail onion or three (never an even number - that's bad luck) instead of an olive or lemon twist. The result is a different undertone in the taste of the cocktail, from a briny olive to an earthy, light onion flavor.

Sable & Rosenfeld's Tipsy Onions are soaked in vermouth making their onions taste a little sweet, but with a definite tang. It is the prize at the end of a drink! One taste and you to will be absolutely as hooked as I am.

Don't let the price deter you. Live a little. Indulge yourself with a bit of heaven in a jar.

I thought I was ordering a 6 pack but because I am a new prime member I hit prime for $22.68 thinking it was the same I only received 1, when in fact it was only $34.99 for 6 so that being said I don't see any advantage to prime. Yummy! Tart and sweet, but strong! You'll only want a few at a time.These are soaked in vermouth. Not that vinegary taste of cocktail onions.Great in gin w/maybe 1/2 teaspoon of the juice. Only 10 calories for 3 or 4 onions. Buying a case of six 10.9 oz jars, even with having to pay postage, saved me over a dollar per jar compared to price at grocery or specialty stores.
