I bought both the candied orange and lemon peels for use in Dundee cake and in biscotti. Both peels were nice. The dice is a good size - not so big that it needs additional dicing. The fruits seemed extra syrupy. I put them in a collander and poured boiling water over them before using. With that, they were perfect.

I use orange peel in baking, which can be tedious and time consuming. I purchased this item to help save time, but was a bit disappointed. These are a nice candy to snack on, but for baking I need something less sugary and with more flavor. If you're looking for a snack, then these may be a good choice, but for my needs I will just stick with making my own fresh orange peel.

This orange peel was really good. The orange peel was flavorfil, fresh and tender. It is much better than the typical grocery product. It is much better in baked goods. I will purchase other products from this company.
