I was a little hesitant to try spices that do not include salt. Everything I've tried so far left something to be desired. I bought five Spice Hunter flavors and every one of them are fantastic! I was prepared to add salt, but it was not needed at all. I'm not on a salt restricted diet but want to reduce my intake to a moderate level. This is making it a lot easier than I expected.

Used cautiously expecting flavor equivalent of minced garlic, but no need for caution because you'd have to use a lot before reaching over-garlic stage. However, convenience and non-refrigeration outweigh lack of garlic oomph. I would purchase again.
