I bought this product and lutein and aztaxanthin trying to find relief from floaters. After taking the 3 supplements for a couple of weeks I noticed a significant improvement. Thinking it was due to the lutein/aztaxanthin (I don't know why I thought that) when I ran out of the billberry I didn't buy more, just kept taking the lutein/aztaxanthin until they started getting worse again. Shortly after resuming the billberry they got better again even after I ran out of the lutein/aztaxanthin. All I know is it's really helped my floaters and I recommend trying it, although I have to admit it hasn't helped my vision other than the floaters but that's enough for me to keep using it, glasses correct my vision but the floaters drive me crazy. I usually buy this locally but it's less expensive on Amazon so I'm ordering through them this time since I get free shipping. I also like this brand because they're vegetarian.

I stare at a computer screen for 10+ hours almost every day. This helps my contrast vision and also my night vision. I can tell the difference when I haven't been taking it for a while. I don't know why it works, but it works.
