I just received this pump bottle yesterday and so far I am impressed with it. It is nice sized, but not too big or bulky, the pump screws onto the bottle very securely and the pump itself seems of good quality. Alot of times with the ceramic bottles, the pump does not screw on very well, or it will kind of just keep turning and not actually tighten.. this one here is perfect and it is not one of the cheap plastic silver pumps. The ceramic bottle does not feel like if it falls over it will break right away either. I haven't noticed any dripping from the pump nozzle yet. At under eight dollars, this was a very good buy. If anything changes with the pump and we have any problems with it, I will update the review, but so far so good - I am pleased with the purchase!

UPDATE - After several months of use now, the nozzle periodically falls out of the top of the dispenser head when I try to dispense soap. It's not really too much of a hassle since it pops right back in, but I do feel it is worth mentioning.

ANOTHER UPDATE - 3 years later now, the dispenser fell onto tile floor and cracked, so I have to buy another one. I will be buying the same one again!

Although this pump bottle is attractive and sturdy, it broke after having been used only a few times. It had not been dropped or mishandled in any way, when suddenly the spout that extends from the top of the pump fell off. And it didn't fall off while being used, which was very puzzling. I would not not recommend this product.

This soap dispenser might have been made for the bathroom but it works equally well in the kitchen. It has a nice clean look to it, is well balanced and has a good pump action. Best of all, the base is ceramic so our countertops are free of the rust rings we used to get from other soap dispensers.

I have a tall, glass vessel sink in my bathroom. I wanted a soap pump that was tall enough to reach over the lip of the vessel sink. This pump is definitely tall enough. Trouble is, the metal (or whatever) the pump mechanism is made of seems to corrode if you don't use it regularly. If it sits for days the first pump of the soap looks a little verdigris like the oxidized green on copper. Now, is this the end of the world, no. It is kind of weird, yes.

I just got my dispenser today and I'm shocked at how big it is. It holds sixteen ounces and is 9 inches tall with an industrial size nozzle. I think it is way too big for my bathroom. It might look good in a barn. Other than that it appears to be a well made product.

I ordered this soap dispenser to replaced another York dispenser that broke. The spring in the nozzle somehow flipped sideways. So far this one has been a great replacement with no spring troubles and looks fabulous.

I love the look of this soap dispenser, but after less than a month, the arm that extends out from the top of the pump started detaching from the base. It still works after being pushed back into place, but I wish this pump was more durable.
