I have two laptop tote bags. One is this bag and the other is an expensive leather Franklin Covey bag. The Franklin Covey bag looks fantastic and is great for business meetings and interviews however the size is too small for real functional use.

This bag is perfect in size for realistic day to day work. I can fit my cables, mouse and laptop inside. I have a Dell Inspiron 600m and it fits so perfect. My husband has a larger laptop and that fits too!

The best part is that the whole laptop section can be pulled out of the bag. Then the bag becomes a normal tote bag, which I have used already as a bag to put my gym clothes in. I love that this bag is so versatile!!

It is a nice bag but it is super huge. I keep bumping into people with it. But at the same time, I can fit quite a bit of papers and books in it. Then, of course, the bag becomes heavy to carry which is a nuisance. I would simply say: (1) if you are looking for an everyday tote, then this is NOT the one for you b/c of its size; but (2) if you are looking for a travel bag that can carry your laptop, then it may work b/c it's sturdy.

This bag has it all...

Perfect size. I disagree that it is "too big" for daily use. I am 5'8", so perhaps people of smaller stature might feel differently. It is big enough to carry my bookd and some files, in addition to computer, phone, and misc. junk I need for work.

Quality. Have not had it too long, so only time will really tell. BUT... construction definitely suggests that it will be a long-lasting bag. It looks like I could add a ton of books or heavy materials and not strain it much. I love the extra padding for my computer (removable, of course!)

Style. Very attractive and professional. First day of use got several compliments.

I really can't think of what I would change. Even the price is good! I plan to order another one for future use since they are on sale.

It did come in a GIGANTIC box and the bag itself was in another Mobile Edge bag, so for a moment I thought they had shipped the wrong order. It really did not need all that bubble wrap, but I'm glad it arrived from Amazon in pristine condition.
