Olive leaves have been used safely for thousands of years as a food. The only known side-effect is the possibility of a Herxheimer reaction, an allergic response caused by the rapid die-off of fungi that release toxins which may temporarily cause a brief allergic reaction, lasting for several days and so you may feel slightly more stuffy until your body clears out the toxins.
Indications
For the temporary relief of mouth and throat irritations.
Ingredients
Olive Leaf Extract (Olea Europa), Baptisia Tinctoria
Directions
Hold close to mouth. Spray 2-3 times into throat. Repeat 1-4 times per day as needed. (There are approx. 200 sprays/1 oz. bottle). For an active sore throat, spray every 2-3 hours. For prevention during the winter season, use twice daily. For travel, use during airplane flights and where you may come into contact with sick travelers, use the spray frequently
