I put this under some moss for my Cham and she loves it. My Chameleon isn't like others she loves her water dish and HATES to be misted. She feels very comfortable in her habitat and walks around often on the bottom of the cage to get to her water dish...so I wanted to add some carpet to make it softer for her under the moss. This worked perfectly.

It was very easy to clean the cage. But beware if you need a tropical environment for your animal it absorbs water like a sponge! It kept the humidity at 20% between my watering when my lizards need 50-80%. If you have something that needs less humidity I would recommend this. However it never specifically states that you would need to buy a humidify for use with tropical lizards so I only give it 3 stars because it is misleading.

This is a great quality product, and my snakes really do enjoy it. It's somewhat easy to clean, and looks great in my display cages designed with the snakes in mind. The issue that I have is that neither of the two pieces included fit worth a darn!! There is a sizable overlap of about 1/4"-1/2" along the long edge. With some finagling, I was able to get it to look decent enough without causing my snakes any hinderance. Be far warned though, it's some what annoying!!
