Does not come with everything in the picture, but it had every thing I needed. I did not like the fact I had to cut the excess tabs away that are not needed on my son's car. Cut my hands a few times trying to do this. The screws that cam with it do not work with the radio I bought. And the screws that came with the radio are not long enough. So I hope I can find ones that will work.

Installed into a 1997 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sahara, really it went pretty smooth and straight forward. Cut off 3 tabs that were designed for other models, used factory bolts and retainers. Did not use the faceplates that came with the kit, just used the one that came with the deck. The reason for 4 stars is the natural pitch angle of the dash faceplate doesn't perfectly match up with this kit. Meaning the bottom fits snug and flush on the inside of the factory dash, but by the top of this kit there is a small gap. The gap can easily be weatherstripped from the inside as to hide that gap along the top and partial sides, or space out the top bolt with a washer or rubber grommet correcting the pitch angle to match what it should be. With amazon I am always satisfied, with this product it was good enough for the pricetag.

I ordered an aftermarket radio on amazon and needed a dash kit. There are two or three different kits, that supposedly fit it, so i went with this one and it fits beautifully. Metra has always been the kit of choice for me they make a great product!

Bought this to mount a single-din receiver in a 1986 Ford Bronco XLT. Warning: If you are not handy and own a dremel tool, do not purchase. There are three tabs that you will need to grind/cut off of the mounting bracket in order to fit in place. You will also have to dremel out a portion of the back of the bezel, cut out the receiver hole on bezel, and slightly modify the height of the mounting bracket holes (it sits about a quarter inch too high).

For this application, there aren't many options out there, so this is about as good as it gets unfortunately. I was able to successfully mount my receiver but it took significantly longer than anticipated due to all of the cutting for a good looking fit.

Get ready for a "project" and make sure you take your time.

Installed in 98 Dodge Ram. Like all metra products it worked exactly as planned. Only thing I did with it was sand the face down to remove the texture since that texture is not present anywhere in my Ram. I then painted it flat black. Matches very well with existing instrument bezel. I like this kit because it does not have the useless cubby hole. Just a nice solid surround.

Installed great. It does require cutting off a few tabs, but I'm handy like that. A dremmel worked well for trimming the tabs. The instructions were pretty good. The biggest plus for me was the side mount brackets, since the slip in shell to the stereo had been lost. Those brackets bolted right to the side of the stereo for a solid mount.

Worked well on our 2000 Jeep cherokee, the only thing is you will need to find a way to support the back end of the aftermarket radio to keep it from breaking the mounting tabs off the adapter over time.
