I put a aftermarket Dual radio in my Jetta and this was a perfect cheap harness I soldered in. The product is perfect Chinesium but that is really all you need in this case. What is more the company understood the 'K-line' issue with aftermarket stereos and VW's of this vintage and put in warnings with the harness. I was very impressed by that. If you are putting an aftermarket stereo in your VW use this harness and don't solder straight to the car.

This harness works for my 2003 Ford Focus with the Blaupunkt radio. Just like other users said, I had to switch the power wire and the accessory power wire (Red and Yellow). After doing that, it is flawless.

Says that it fits into a 2003 Golf GTI, but it isn't even close to being the right harness! I've gone through 3 different orders trying to find the right harness and nobody does a very good job of advertising correctly, do yourself a favor and go through forums or a local Mobile Audio Professional.

This fits the 2003 Ford focus with the Blaupankt MP3/cd player. You MUST switch the 12v pos and Pos Ignition wire to the radio harness. other than that - was good to go. this kits even comes with 2 extra wire to plug in for what ever godies yoru new radio might need to have

Well made and inexpensive, this harness is very helpful for VW/Audi/Porsche vehicles for which it fits.

Better wire and connectors than typically come with radios.

Instructions are not marvelous, and only remark on the two optional remote control (for amp and antenna respectively) wires. It would be better if the instructions described variations for use of separate amplifiers, and the "porsche problem" where the red/yellow lines for continuous versus switched power is reversed on some models.

Swapped the red/yellow (switched/constant) power wires, and everything else wired right up. Make sure you get the DIN to Motorola antenna adapter as well. Metra 40-VW12.

Worked for what I needed it for. Fit was perfect. Used it with the Metra 1787 for a 2002 Porsche Carrera. In reality, it was really the only one I needed and could of just connected the one of the blue wires to power and control the amp.

Was very confused about which adapter I needed to upgrade the head unit/receiver in my 2001 Jetta with Monsoon amplified package. This was the harness I needed and everything sounds great and the monsoon amp is working properly.

This adapter fit properly, the wires were of good quality and the connections were solid. Nothing to complain about!
