I recently just went back to using BOSS pedals after a long usage of many so called "BOUTIQUE) pedals. I decided to simplify my pedalboard, and my life, and get this pedalboard, and a few select BOSS pedals to use. I like this alot, because it lets me keep all the pedals I use in one convienient location, and its a grab and go setup. Speaking of set up, you can leave your pedals in the case, and when you are ready to use them, just plug in the adapter into some power, and your ready to go. It sure has simplified my life, and has gotten unwanted clutter(pedals) off my floor, thus eliminating a mess. The only thing I would change on this pedalboard, is the sliding plastic latches on it. They are a little to flimsy for my taste, but oh well. Looks like BOSS could at least redesign the latches. Anyway, all in all, if you are looking for a grab and go pedalbard, and only use 6-7 pedals, give this a try....

Bad part. One of the outputs did not work out of the box, so what do you do? I will live with it for now, wasn't worth shipping back and the like, I will fix it myself at a later date. Overall the rest of the pedalboard was good. Setting it up outta the box was a breeze. Materials seem durable. I agree, the little plastic locking hinge type tabs are cheap and will break at some point. Why? That is the way the case assembles to fold up and put away. The way the pedals sit in the case, you either like it or hate it. I like it. Just don't open the case upside down or they will all fall out. They are not really secured, kinda just sit there squeezed by foam. Thankfully, there are two outputs.

I have had one the Boss BCB cases for years. It has been on nearly every gig with me and while the plastic is worn, the power cord replaced and missing one of the locks, it still provides protection for pedals. I do wish the case was better fit for a wah or volume pedal but, the hardened plastic has taken the abuse of the weekend warrior rock star for many years. Like any ABS plastic, the outside is quite hard but will scuff, so if your one of these people that buy road gear cases that you want to keep pristine, this isn't for you. If your like me and need something that will keep the real expensive and sometimes un-replaceable pedals inside secure when it falls out of the back of your truck, gets stepped on while on stage, thrown around by band mates in the trailer, then this is the case for you. Comes with some very nice cables for connecting your gear. The cables are so nice, I tried to find them on Boss' website to order some for my other gear! (Couldn't find them) Also I think the new models come with a small power brick and power cord, my original had a short wall wart. In the end I purchased some 'One Spots' to use on the board anyway, so use what you like, just be sure its rated to handle your pedals. Would have been nice to have another voltage available but, this is not a 50 pedal board, truly made for the one-off weekend warrior. Could stand to be a bit cheaper for what it is but, it does the job.

If you want a solid way to protect your sound, you need look no further. Keeps all pedals and cables safe/secure and powers up to 7 Boss style pedals. Does come with all necessary audio cables and power supply/cables and an extra pad if you need to customize for a non-Boss style pedal.

This is the state of the art in board pedals
You can include 5 pedals, the board lets you plug one electric adapter and the cables internally connect to the rest of the effects
No need to have 5 batteries or 5 electric adapters. Also includes the plugs to interconnect effects
The only thing to improve is the latches to close it that look a little bit not rough as plastic or metal should be
But i give 5 because it works perfect!
Item arrived on time and in good condition

This case is what you see, but I'm still trying to justify the price. I'd like to have another one, but I won't spend that money again (maybe if it were half-price). I dunno, maybe I'm just getting old.

I was looking for a pedal board that could fit a Boss ME-50B and a VE-20 (from Boss too). I originally went to the Boss website and saw this but it was not stated that it could accept the ME-50B, although it stated that any twin pedal could fit. So, I began to look for pedal boards finding that not all have power supply with them and also finding that power suppliers tend to be a bit expensive, some times, more expensive than the pedal board itself (the BCB-60 does have a power supply of 9V for up to 6 stomp boxes).

I returned to my start point but tried a wider look up in google and found two reviewers saying that they were able to fit their ME-50B into the BCB-60 so I decided to try it.

I only needed to do two things:

1. To cut with some scissors two of the three panels the board can have in order for the ME-50B to stay in place (I cut the center and right ones... Each foam panel has 4 screws to be attached to the board (in two panels, 8 screws), in the end I only used 4 screws, two on the right of the ME-50B, two on the left. Each pair of screws were holding a small piece of foam that avoids the ME-50B moves laterally...).

2. To remove the plastic hook for holding the power cable on the ME-50B (if you don't take it away, the ME-50B doesn't touch the "floor" of the pedal board... it's pretty easy to remove, it's just a small screw).

I put the VE-20 on the left side of the pedal board on the first foam panel with no problem since it is pre cut so... In the end, the BCB-60 was exactly what I was needing.

I also have two FS-5U for changing the bank memories in the ME-50B, but there wasn't space in the pedal board for them... it was the VE-20 or the FS' and since the FS' don't need to be powered, I decided to use the space on the VE-20.
