Having a red and white kitchen....... I was excited to get the red muffin pan. Until I used it. I should have guessed that it would be flimsy but although I greased it as directed it is almost impossible to get it clean.

This muffin pan is great! Muffins pop right out of the pan. I have not had a problem cleaning it...I just stick it in my dishwasher and it comes out clean. Yes, it is flimsy, but that's the point! I just set it on a metal cookie sheet to make it easier to get it in and out of the oven. Works great!

I bought this muffin pan as well as the bread pan. They work GREAT! I made chocolate lava cakes and they popped right out like a charm. The bread pan works just as well. I made banana bread yesterday and it popped right out no problem. I also have used the bread pan for cooking marinated chicken and once it's done cooking, the marinade pours right out. I love that it's black - black isn't very easy to find. I just ordered the square pan and can't wait to use it!
