Walter had a hot spot on the side of his face. It was oozing, red, and gross. I bought some over priced spray but it wasn't working. I knew I needed something that he had to ingest (without paying for a vet exam --$50!), so I bought the Homeopet Hot Spots drops. Yes, the bottle is teeny but the drops lasted a long time (and I had to do 30 drops a day for my 90 pound dog). Right away (overnight), the redness went away, the oozing stopped, and Walter stopped scratching. The hair grew back and now I can't tell that he even had a hot spot on his face. This is the only product I'll buy the next time a hot spot comes around. The directions say that the drops can be added to water, but I just dropped them in his mouth and treated him after to get the taste out of his mouth.

Only had to use this product in a handful of instances and found it the key to healing.

This is a combination of homeopathic remedies that have the potential to be incredibly effective if used correctly. I do not subscribe to using steroids and other immune suppressing drugs when my pets or I experience such things as skin eruptions. I would rather help the body heal itself. That's what this product does.

It works most effectively dosed on its own when the animal has a "clean" mouth (15-30 minutes after eating or drinking as well as 15-30 minutes before eating or drinking anything). If added to food or water, it loses its effectiveness. If dosed before or after the animal has eaten or drank something, it loses its effectiveness.

But .... when it does work, it is like a miracle for my little Zebby and guarantees me a good nights sleep. He has regular big breakouts as we think he is allergic to flea saliva, especially after he goes to the groomer. He is give regular monthly flea protection and we have never found even one flea on him in 8.5 years. I guess they hop on him, leaving the saliva and then die or hop off.

We have tried everything over the years to give him relief. This product seems to give him the most relief when the break out is fresh. It doesn't always work, may 60 - 70% of the time, but it is sure worth trying. I give him 5 drops 3 times daily on his treat.

As I said, when it works, it works like nothing else we have ever used.

worked within a few doses for my cat. he gets bad hot spots and gnaws at them. I put 6-8 drops in his food twice a day and it really has made a difference. he's 22lbs, so a smaller cat wouldn't need as much.

Complete waste of my Amazon gift card. Basically water. Very disappointed. If anything, made my cat lick more. Went to pet store today, purchased different brand, little more money, but its supposed to be THE stuff to buy. Have better results in 5 hours compared to 1week with Homeopet products.

Did not do a thing to stop the itching for my Pom, so I gave it to my brother whose dog had itches too and it didn't do a thing for his dog either! I usually like the homeopremedies, but not this one! This is a big dud!!!

I always hesitate to comment about products like this because it always seems to be too good to be true. In this case though, it really seems to help.

Our dog has had skin issues what we've tried to control with diet and fish pills, which both certainly seem to help. But sometimes it's simply not enough. A neighbor of ours brought us this product to see if it would help, and sure enough, it a couple of days our puppy was back to normal. Now, I can't tell you how this would work without his special diet, but these drops have replaced the fish pills we'd give him daily. Anyway, we've used the product for a couple of months now and have since stocked up. And since my dog knows nothing about placebos, I have to think he's comfortable as a result of this product. Fortunately though, when the fall approaches, he feels better anyway but it's always good to have this on hand.
