P.G County in MD started with the paper bag thing for all yard waste and from prior usage on my old job I purchased the staples and the stapler for stapling up the bags so the yard waste wouldn't fall out when falling over awaiting pickup by the county.

I would not recommend this stapler. I purchased it with the recommend size/type of staples. Currently, I've stapled about 200 staples and 1 out of nine times of clinching the stapler it is easy, the other 8 compresses is very difficult. I think something might be wrong and I curious how others feel about how tough it is to compress this unit.
