Good value for the money. The wiring diagram and instructions were not correct for my application but I was able to work it and make it work with my trailers.

Hopkins makes some good stuff. as a tip, put actual terminal ends on the wires instead of just stripping the end and shoving them under the screws. Bonus tip. put a little bit of grease on the screws to prevent rust so that you can work on it in few years when your "wife" (because no no, it wouldnt be YOU of course.) backs into garbage can and it needs to be changed again. also put a little grease in the actual outlet and on your trailer plug.
