I own a printing company and needed something compatible with our MAC computers to be able to retrieve pictures off of our customers digital cameras. We like the plug and play feature with this card reader, plus we didn't have to load any software or buy accessories (like our previous card reader). The Edge card reader takes basically every camera card out there. We feel that it is a good product!

Overall, I am happy with this device. I have a number of cameras that all use different size memory cards. So this is very helpful. However, the thing that I really don't like is the distance between the usb and the device! There's less than 2 inches space which makes it a bit of a hassle to use.
