Color: Polished Brass Verified Purchase
The screw threads on the top piece that holds the faucet to the main unit was stripped. I called hoping to get a replacement quickly. I was told to just return it. Too bad, because this kitchen faucet is a beautiful piece and was exactly what I wanted for my kitchen. I did return the faucet and got a full refund. Then I went to Lowes and settled for something less than what I wanted.
