Great product! So we really like this Jalepeno jelly. It seems we can not find the mild in any stores around us. This is great on chicken fajitas, and we like it on tacos, it would be great melted over cream cheese and served like dip with crackers, it has just a little kick but not to hot. If you like spicy things they have a spicy version one too! I usually buy 5-6 jars to make it worth paying the shipping! It is the closest version we have found to the one served at Chevy s.

We LOVE this product--have used it for years! But lately, we can't find it in the local stores. We are so relieved that we could order it online!

It's sweet, but with a nice sassy kick! Great on buttered English Muffins, toast, or crackers.

Tabasco jalapeno jelly is very good. It is sweet and spicy and the perfect compliment for a variety of dishes. I just started using it recently and already I am in love with it. This comes in mild so it's not too spicy and not too sweet so everyone will enjoy it. I found it at my grocery store in the condiments aisle, next to the ketchup and barbecue sauce for only three forty-nine.

BTW below is a terrific recipe in the new ATK 30-minute dinners summer supplement for Glazed Drumsticks:

3 tablespoons jalapeno jelly
2 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon grated orange zest & 2/3 cup orange juice
1 minced shallot
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
8 drumsticks (you can also use thighs or breasts, just adjust the baking time)
salt & pepper

Heat Oven to 450 degrees. Combine jelly, orange zest, juice, and shallot in small saucepan. Whisk in molasses and cornstarch and simmer over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.

Pat chicken dry and season with salt & pepper, add oil to large skillet and cook chicken for about 5 minutes, until skin browns.

If your skillet is oven-safe feel free to just pour off any of the remaining oil and use it for the oven, otherwise use another oven-safe roasting pan. Top chicken with glaze mixture and turn around until well coated.

Roast in oven for 20 to 25 minutes until chicken is 175 degrees, turning halfway through.

Remember, you are what you eat.
