De Cecco pasta is always the best. These orecchiette are the only ones I use to prepare with rapini. These De Cecco orecchiette keep well the cooking, don't become mushy or sticky as other brands.

Love this pasta! It is not easy to find in the stores so I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. There are so many things you can do with this pasta. I rarely use it with sauce but mix it with veggies and a little olive oil and parm. Also, tastes great with imitation crab and mayo with a little shredded cheese.
