The company that ships this product broke down a box and used this to ship the pizza peel, held together with a couple pieces of tape. There were places where the pad of the pizza peel was exposed and the handle was sticking out the end. As a result, the pizza peel was scratched and dented. We contacted the company and explained what had happened. They were good about sending a replacement within a couple of days, but with the same type of packing, resulting in a second damaged product.

Peel works very well for pizza and pocket bread. I love the long handle and metal blade. I give 4 stars because I like peels that are a little stiffer, there was a little flex where the blade joins the handle, but it is still very functional. Great product overall, I am very happy with my purchase after dozens of uses over the last several months.
