I find this product very effective; however, it only works when I take it with food and exercise. It's a small tablet but it works! I recommend taking one with breakfast OR with the meal AFTER exercise. It helps regulate my metabolism as well as alleviate fatigue in exercises. I wish I have known this product when I was in high school. I HIGHLY recommend zinc (not necessarily Swansons) for men who plan to have children in the near future. I also find CMZ (Calcium Magnesium & Zinc) very effective too.

Take it with Tribulus and you may steam in bed!
