Excellent for it's intended purpose

This belt does exactly what it is supposed to, which is not what I ordered it for. However, I adjusted my expectations to match the function and I am very happy.
Here's the story: I bought an Uncle Mike's 2 inch duty belt for the stiffness which keeps a holster in the right position for a quick, reliable draw during practical pistol exercises (similar to IDPA). However, the 2 inch belt doesn't fit most pants and even if it did, I don't want to remove the holster and magazine pouches so I can thread the belt through the belt loops on the pants. I saw that there is the hook part of Velcro all the way around the inside of the 2 inch duty belt.

Enter the inner belt. I initially thought the inner belt would go through the belt loops on the pants and Velcro to the outer belt to keep the outer belt in place. It doesn't do that at all. It doesn't have Velcro loop all the way around the outside to match the 2 inch duty belt. It has shorter strips of Velcro and attaches to itself so that there is no buckle at the front, interfering with the outer 2 inch duty belt. Ah, got it! The inner belt keeps the pants up so the outer belt can just do it's job of carrying the holster and magazine pouches securely. That also allows me to position the outer belt a little lower, which puts the pistol grip in a more natural position for me.

This inner belt is a well made product. If anything, I would appreciate more intended-use information on the sales website.

Good inner belt

This belt mated with the Uncle Mikes Duty belt. It's nice to use and low bulk under a duty belt. It will not work with a Blackhawk duty belt. Uncle Mikes and Blackhawk have their respective velcro reversed.

Great underbelt, I use it with my duty belt every night and works great. I am a female security officer and I highly recommend it!! The seller delivered it quickly and have been using it ever since. Would buy it again if I needed another belt. But, I have a feeling this one will last a long time.

Very useless!!! i bought this in hope that it will tighten up my waist and help hold up my duty belt, but it went the opposite way. For one thing, its easy to set up on your belt and strap it on to hold much you wanted to be, but the bad part is that the strap will still loosen your waist if your duty belt is heavy and will not support it at all. This belt is better off wearing it solo without any extra strap on it, if you dont want to show the lock in the front of the belt.

Great belt

Just got this belt, it seems made of good materials (only time and wear will tell)....I ordered Medium size and it was perfect, I'm between 34/36 waist line and the fit is very good........Medium size should fit 32to36 waist without any problems...gave a 4 star instead of 5 because some of the stitching the attaches the velcro to the belt was not straight and missed some of the velcro part, but not bad enough to return the belt,

I like these a lot and use them as a utility ...

I like these a lot and use them as a utility belt around my coveralls when working on the tractor or doing chainsaw work. They hold my phone, multi tool, ear plugs, flashlight, knife and carry weapon. The belt allows carry outside or under clothing. A quality piece of equipment I use very frequently. It can also be used as a regular belt.

Love these belts. Been using them for years. They hold up well. I usually get about 4-5 years out of one with 4 days a week of use. When new they are strong enough to use as pistol belt. But as the Velcro starts to wear out I wouldn't recommend it. I use it as a daily wear belt and an inner belt for my duty belt. Pretty little slick belt

It's "holding its own"...

Still going strong! I have wore this at work to go with my leather duty belt and accessories, using four belt keepers to secure it. I average 70 hour work weeks and do everything from running and gunning to hoping in and out of tahoes at least 10-12 times a day. this inner belt is one tough S.O.B. for the price!
