I'm only bummed that I didn't think to measure our kitten before ordering. The medium could have been sized down to fit, but the small will only fit him for another couple of weeks!

We only have one cat now that uses a harness, but this has always been my favorite style. When you need to get a harness on a cat, you want it to be quick. The loop goes around the neck/upper chest and the other loop (with the clip) snaps around the belly.

We are caring for our daughter's Savannah. We live in the country, and he loves to go for walks but had outgrown his original harness. After doing some research, we chose this type of harness because it was said to be more escape-proof. That it is! And it also appears to be more comfortable for the cat and is very easy to put on. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a cat who likes to go outside for a walk.

These used to be great harness for cats BUT the quality is sorely lacking and they aren't even made well ,wonder where they were made ? Bet it isn't here ,too bad they didn't use the original design the hook for the leash is off kilter and creates a drag on the harness the clasp is minuscule and difficult to open and close overall not a great product for cats and owners

The Small size is not a small dog/cat harness. It's a chihuahua/kitten harness. My grown-up cat is rather small (about 8.5 lb) and even with the collar part fairly tight there isn't nearly enough cord left to encircle her ribcage. It was about 5 or 6 inches short. The product was too cheap to bother sending back, so this is one of my poorest purchases on Amazon. Maybe I'll just ask them for a refund.

Just make sure to measure your pet, this one is SMALL. It fit my kitten until he was about 7-8 months old, then he outgrew it. It does work well, figure 8 is the only way to go.

So far so good. My 17 lb male cat is accepting this harness much faster than the h style that he can Houdini out of in a second. I hope he doesn't slip out of this one so easily. I've used figure 8 harnesses in the past with good success, here's hoping it works again for this guy.

I expected this figure 8 harness to tighten when pulled. It is not designed that way. I suppose it was my fault as I didn't check into it.
I will say though we all found the buckle very hard to open and close because it is so small.
