From the Manufacturer The Panaboard is a truly revolutionary tool that redefines many conventional ideas about meetings and presentations. It eliminates the need for particpants to busily jot down notes on information written onto ordinary whiteboards or chalkboards. Just like an ordinary meeting, you write information on a panel and. But that's where the similarity ends. With Panaboard, you simply press a button at the end of the meeting and the information on the panel is scanned by a large-scale scanner and printed out on the spot from the built-in printer. People who weren't able to attend can still share the information — quickly and accurately. There's no need to take notes, so everyone at the meeting is able to concentrate on what's being said, and freely exhance opinions. Meetings go more quickly, there's less need for handouts, and people don't make mistakes from copying their notes. It saves time and trouble both before and after the meeting, and allows more people to share accurate information.

One Board with the Writing Space of Two
A new screen can be used without erasing the information on the previous screen. Simply press a button to scroll, even with a wall-mounted board. The UB-7325 Panaboard has four screens, and one of them can serve as a projector screen. Save space with three whiteboard screens and one projector screen on a single Panaboard.

Easily Compile Information
Up to nine sheets can be printed at once from the Panaboard, for distribution to meeting participants even without making copies. Plus, you can print two screens' worth of information onto a single sheet (2-in-1 print), which simplifies the work of preparing materials and lowers paper costs.

Carry Data Anywhere
By using a TWAIN-compatible application utility, you can connect the Panaboard directly to a PC with a USB cable, and upload the board data to the PC. This lets you manage it as electronic data on your PC or send it as an e-mail attachment to people who couldn't attend the meeting. You can also use the included Document Management Software to edit the data.

Adjust and Move to Match the Location
A two-step height adjustment function makes the Panaboard easy for anyone to use, from children to adults. Wall mounting and casters allow it to be set up anywhere you want it, for use in schools, offices, or just about anywhere.

Two Paper Types to Meet Your Needs
The Metallic Design Panaboard prints on two types of paper. Use plain paper for easy filing and durability, or save on expenses with thermal paper. With the UB-7325 Panaboard, you can choose the paper that meets your needs.

Connect the Panaboard directly to a PC with a USB cable and upload the board data to the PC or share it with others as an e-mail attachment.
