The DL955 was an nice thick laminate sheeting rolls. Wish it was a bit longer than 50 feet, but it's already a tight fit in the laminator. I've found this to be an amazing alternative to a hot laminator. There's no waiting for it to heat up or risk damaging things that might be heat sensitive. These are essentially 8.5" wide stickers that sandwich the item you are trying to laminate. It works well indoors, but I'm not sure that it would be weatherproof enough to be used outside in humid/damp conditions. I've been buying this style of laminate for a couple of years now. Sadly now that I need to buy more it looks like its been discontinued. Since the DL955 is discontinued, if you find a vendor that sells it, make sure you are getting DL955 and not the thiner yet longer alternate that is 100 feet (DL951).

For our Motel, we (ok, my wife) would use clear contact paper to create laminated signs. This is a bit more expensive, but WOW, what a slick way to make signs now.
