First I want to say that I used to work for Metagenics in the lab, doing legal assays of the products and the products that went into the products so you can be assured that when you order a Metagenics product and it says on the label that it has a specific ingredient in it in a specific quantity and quality, that is exactly what you are getting. I don't work for them anymore, but they were one of the better companies I did work for, They assayed all of their products 3 times, they were absolutely meticulous about what they put on the market, I was always so impressed when I worked for them. Now that I am a stay at home mom having health problems I came on to Amazon and was pleasently surprised to find that I could order their products. Normally I only order products that say USP or GMP on them, as should you, having worked in a lab you should know that this is the only way you can ever know that you are getting what they say is in the product, if it has been verified by an independant lab, but at Metagenics they do all their own assays and they really do care about what goes into their products and the patients who are taking their products. I would trust any product they have to offer.

I am taking this supplement as a part of a weight loss program. These are the ingredients:

Per Serving 3 tablets per serving):
Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) 600 IU
Calcium (as MCHC and dicalcium phosphate) 600 mg
Phosphorus (as MCHC and dicalcium phosphate) 378 mg
Magnesium (as magnesium citrate, magnesium aspartate, and magnesium bis-glycinate) 300 mg
MCHC 1500 mg

They are expensive, and the tablets are HUGE!

yes it's expensive, but when it comes to Vitamins etc. I don't cheap out. I take the pro-biotics,Vitamins, Shakes. etc. I'm lucky because I work for a Doctor who sells Metagenics, and get my discount. Otherwise prob could not afford...
