I bought this after attending a woodturning course. It works great for fastening on a bowl blank to a wooden face plate, for repair of cracks or voids in wood burls and for general gluing when used with the proper accelerator.

The biggest problem is that the nozzle clogs pretty often. It is possible to buy new tops/caps for them. You can also buy steel pins designed specifically for leaving in the hole at the applicator. My solution is to use a metal stick pin of the type that is used on bulletin boards. It gives you something to grab on to so you can pull it out of the hole. Some of the dried glue will go with the stickpin. Then I take a pliers and crush the glue which then just flakes off. Make sure that the glue is dried before you do this or you might just glue the pliers shut.

As a note, I much prefer the Satellite City Accelerator to the Bob Smith Accelerator. The former goes on in an invisible mist and dries instantly. The Bob Smith Accelerator goes on wet with much overspray. It also does not seem to set as fast. I suspect that it takes much less of the Satellite City Accelerator.

Yes, this is an amazing kind of glue being it's so handy and tough when you need it. In my work as a piano tech, I've found it especially good to glue broken or fractured keys and action parts(i.e., broken hammershanks provided the break isn't near the hammer itself, else it will re-break). I've had trouble with the caps getting stuck to the bottle and when I notified the owner of Satellite City he was gracious to send a replacement with extra caps all for free. Moreover, he gave me instruction on how to properly store the bottle so this won't keep happening again.

Have had no issues. I have since used this for installing a rear-view mirror in my Jeep,
fixing toys for my son, and my wife has used it in jewelry making.
Works great for many different applications.
And there's plenty left! I imagine this bottle will last quite a while.

I tried Hot Stuff Super T Instant CA Glue along with the Insta-set accelerator pump 2oz Bob Smith Ind. and was simply amazed on the INSTANT ADHESIVENESS provided. I used this in a wood-on-wood application where I was gluing very small drawer pulls on jewelry "band saw boxes". I apply a drop of Hot Stuff to the drawer pull, spray some Accelerator to the drawer front, place the pull and it instantly adheres. I couldn't believe it. And there is no left over evidence of the accelerator applied to the drawer front. I just used this combo to re-apply a Honda H decal to the back door of my Pilot and voila...worked that same with metal on plastic. You will NOT be disappointed.

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend. We are both gem cutters who specialize in making cabochons. Occasionally, a stone will have a small crack or pit which prevents it from being able to be finished. We found that a couple of drops of Hot Stuff Super T Instant Glue will seal the fracture. The glue also takes a super shine and makes the fracture invisible.

I bought this just to have around as an alternative to urethane glues and PVA glues. Sometimes you just need to bond something quickly, and instant superglue is too difficult to use. THis gives you just enough set time (15-30 seconds) to shfit your part around and then hold it while it sets. I have used this all around the house and on a variety of things in the garage. It's a little pricey, sure, but it's lasting a long long long long time.

Like most Satellite City customers, I use this glue for producing a fine finish on woodwork. The glue is great! It produces a tight bond, cures quickly, and is crystal clear. It responds well to the aerosol accelerator that I use, and the adhesive properties aren't affected by the boiled linseed oil that I apply to my work before applying the glue. It sands and polishes to a perfectly clear, glasslike coating.

The bottle seals well, and although I do not use the product but once a week or so, I feel that I will be able to use all of this glue before it sets in the bottle and becomes unusable. This has happened with several other brands. The tip has not once clogged. I wipe it down after use, and it has not ever bonded to the cap. It is all around a great product.

If I had to make a change, I would rename the product with something more intuitive than "Super T." I don't know what the hell that is. The only clue that there is medium CA in this bottle is the tiny words "gap filling" on the label. How about taking the guesswork out by just calling it "medium thickness?"

Odd name aside, the Satellite City glues are the best that I've used--and I've used a lot of different brands. It's not the cheapest brand available, but it's already outlasted the longevity of other brands many times over. If paying a little more means that I don't have to throw half of the product away, then that's an easy call to make.
