These are made to last. The swivel is great, much better than the ones that just have the hole. The welds were very well done, really a work of art on mine. The one thing I will warn you about - I had it set up on the lat machine. I went to adjust the weight pulling both pins out, this thing came crashing towards me as it is heavy. I got my head out of the way and caught it with my hand. Other ones that are lighter do not do this, so I was not used to it. Just trying to save you a knot on your head.

Solid, high quality. LOVE the grips, although they stink like rubber pretty bad for a week or so, but well worth it. The rubber gribs make this better than any metal-only equivelant peice I've used at various gyms. The rotating connection peice is a must for all cable attachment equipment. I highly reccomend this attachment.

Heavy duty, gym quality. Will last me a lifetime, then probably outlast my son and grandson. The rubber grips are nice and hefty as well. The little eyelet swivels. Great for rows. I also use it on the high pulley of my machine to do seated pull downs for a different hit on the lats. I'm by no means a body builder but even if you are, I don't think you can go wrong with this attachment.

Super heavy duty close grip low pulley bar. My only complaint is that even with a really large clip, the anchor on this is large enough that it makes attaching the clip a little bit of a chore. But other than that, I love it.

Man, this is a SERIOUS piece of workout hardware! It's solid, 6 lbs of weight all by itself. Quality seems very high; no dings, dents, chips, bad welds, or cut/missing handles. Though about $5 more than similar pulleys, this one has got to be one of the top dogs for quality and durability. Very glad I trusted the ratings system...you won't go wrong here.

Ok so anyone thats interested in this probably has some experience with working out, and to be honest i was a little skeptical ordering this because i thought i already have a lat pull down straight bar and can just use that and bring my hands closer to target the exact area of my lats, but the difference this handle makes is insane, you can feel it target the inner back( right next to your spine) and trust me the other handles just dont do that. This particular handle is very well made and i was actually surprised as to how much it weighed, which is good in my opinion cause it shows that its well made.. Great value for money, i use it at home and after i started using it i dont know how i was working out my back with out it.
