This product is great for adding a little depth and sparkle to paintings. It dries very well, but does leave a clear shinny streak behind. It takes some getting used to, but does add a lot of character to paintings. Would probably be good for crafts as well. It is a little hard to spread evenly due to the thick texture of the gold flakes, but I still recommend this product!

I bought three colors cyan primary magenta and primary yellow, the primary yellow is more butter cream where as liquitex basics is more piss yellow, if you buy the 6 basics set and the three color I mention along with burnt sienna you will have all the colors you need!! The three colors are sadly not true cyan or magenta as when mixed they don't form the primaries but they are amazing on their own for adding more "life " into your primary pallete!! Love these. I'm probably going to end up buying flur-neon colors soon

Good color-matching between tubes, and smooth consistency. This brand doesn't seem to have as much pigmentation as other pro-series brands I've tried. I use this for painting polymer sculpture, and have to paint each piece 2-3 times for full coverage, so I'll probably try something else when my latest tube runs out.

I love Golden paints but I have given this 1 less star than I would other golden acrylics because the fluorescent colors have an unpleasant odor - something akin to bad fish. Personally, it's enough to turn me off to them but I know so many artists that swear by them and the smell disappears when the paints dries.
