I recently installed this product in conjunction with an Flowmaster American Thunder Cat-Back exhaust to my 4.7L Ram Truck. I am enjoying 22.5 MPG at 55 MPH and 20 MPG at 70 MPH thanks to this combo! I do a lot of highway driving, and this recipe will pay for itself over the life of this truck in fuel savings from stock alone! After adding the Power Aid, I experienced a noticeable increase in low range torque. I am looking forward to my next addition, and Airraid cold air intake, to complete my fuel efficiency make-over on my truck!

Instalation was fairly simple. I am not overly mechanically inclined and I managed to get it in there in a little over an hour. Instructions are a little confusing but take your time and it'll go in no problem. I havent noticed a difference in gas milage on my Ram 1500 4x4, but I did definitely see a difference in horsepower and tourqe.
I added a Flowmaster exhaust from amazon and I am seeing the gas milage savings now.

Put this on my Dodge Ram 4.7 with a cold air intake and it's amazing. Alot more hp I think almost 30 and about 30 ft lb of torque. Also went from 13 mph in the city to around 16 mpg and 15 mpg on the highway to about 20mpg. But havent really got to treat us on the highway so we'll see. Between the two it also gives it a nice Rumble inside the truck excluding my exhaust so it will make it louder inside your truck. And it gives it a sweet whistle almost sounds like my dad's Cummins diesel when the turbo spools up. I love mine.

This thing is pretty cool if you're into the sound of a dog whistle when you're cruising at around 1500 RPMs. I bought it over a year ago and installed it yesterday, so I can't make any claims about gas mileage. Throttle response seems better at low RPMs, but again, it sounds like a dog whistle. People complain about the whistle being annoying, but I thought maybe it was at least a somewhat cool whistle sound, like a supercharger tone at least. NOPE! When I drive around town, dogs all stop and put their paws over their ears.

Anyway - it comes with instructions that seem pretty horrible, but the install is all logical, so it's very easy to get it right.

I'll keep it on there though to see if I can get an improvement on the MPG side.

unit installed easy no drilling or tapping bolts right up in 30 min or less performance is better at low and med accelereation didn't notice much when pedal is put to floor haven't calculated gas but my truck takes less effort to get up and go so im guessing it is true also
