I got a classical guitar, and needed a strap. Well classical guitars don't have strap buttons, which is stupid I think, so I had to find one of these. I thought it would be easy enough, but actually it took some searching. I regretting getting one with leather on it, but it was either this or a cheap one with a metal hook instead of plastic. So I got this one. It's great for what it is. Easy to use, comfortable (for this type of strap), and doesn't seem to hurt the guitar. Basically, if you have a classical guitar and want a strap, this is your best bet.
NOTE: These straps put all the weight on your neck, and you can't let go of the guitar or it will fall. Seems more trouble than it's worth, but until they start putting strap buttons on classical guitars, this is your only choice.

I purchased the Levy's Leather 1 Nylon Classical Guitar Strap for my friend. It said it will work with a Ukuleles, but my friend who play a Ukulele said he hits the part that clips to the sound hole with his fingers. It works great with his classical guitar.

The strap is comfortable and sturdy, much easier to use than the one I bought from a Classical Guitar store in NY!

It takes a while to get used to it, especially if the Spanish guitar is not the only guitar you play on a show. You have to develop a pattern to set yourself up with the strap and the guitar and the same to take it off during instrument switching. Since the strap only has one-point of support on the guitar, you must always remember that you cannot let go of the guitar. You must always have one hand holding the guitar or the guitar will kiss the ground. Once you develop this routine, it is a very handy and comfortable strap.

Comfortable and well made and easy to adjust. Don't go cheap, go Levy's. Packs well for travel and hole clip is wide and well made to no damage to the sound hole.

It does what it claims and meets all expectations. I would recommend this to anyone in need of a guitar strap where a button type strap cannot be used.

Bought one on Amazon a couple weeks ago to use with my tenor uke. Build quality is nothing short of delightful in an old-school, smells-like-leather way that you are bound to love.

I have not tried this for a guitar (and probably wouldn't do after last week's conversation with my buddy who plays alto sax and has damaged a disk in his cervical spine using a neck strap for hours at a time).

Anyway...for the uke: I took the adjustments all the way up to where the neck strap will just fit over my cranium, so it is a little bit of a pain in the neck to put on and take off. Noting if you will that I am about 73" tall and fairly long-waisted, that still wasn't short enough for me, so I also tied a knot in the cord that holds the hook that fits into the sound hole, this done with an eye toward shortening it further. Basically successful.

On this subject, the aforementioned hook doesn't get in my way when I play (I use this term generously), but I am laboring under the prospective delusion that one wants to strum a ukulele a little closer to the nut than a guitar, which latter ought best to be strummed roughly over the sound hole and which former ought best to be strummed abeam the body-neck juncture.

DISCLAIMER, ON MANY LEVELS: Keep in mind while reading this that I am actually a trombonist, not string-plucker (dammit, Jim....). I learned to play ukulele on YouTube.

Does not work for ukuleles, for more than say that can be adapted as a review that I saw on youtube, no way! Does not work for ukuleles! Luckily I have an acoustic guitar and I use this product.
