Your Jenny Craig HealthyTrack Scale uses patented Tanita technology that automatically helps you determine your weight goal by suggesting a target weight based on Body Mass Index (BMI, the medically recognized standard for healthy weight). To help monitor your progress, the scale has a recall function which displays your past weight readings by date. In addition, you can set the scale in Weightless Mode in which your actual weight is not displayed resulted in privacy from other people.
