I have 1/8" braided nylon cord in 50' lengths that I bought at Lowes for around $6.40 each. So imagine my delight at finding 600' of 1/8" braided nylon cord on sale for $22.43 delivered.

I received the roll of cord this afternoon. I was puzzled by the light weight of the roll of nylon cord inside the box, until I saw the size. The cord I received measures a bit over 1/16" and less than 1/8". If the cord had been marked correctly it would have been marked as 1/16" nylon cord.

I don't know what possible use anyone would have for this cord. To me, it is not cord but string. Maybe it is kite string?

I bought this rope because it said it was abrasion resistant. I used it as sidewall rope for lacrosse stringing. A normal sidewall rope can hold on up to two complete seasons, this rope held on for only one hour.

Think about what you want to do with it...

Great delivery time though.

The rope shipped on time and I was a bit surprised it was a small box... the spool is only 6"x5" . But alot of rope on the spool. I used it for a hammock. Worked perfect. Looks just like the rope at Lowes. I will purchase more.
