These are easy to use and clean well. The blue scrubby is rough and gets the bowl clean. Keep the garbage can close by so the thing doesn't drip on your floor when you go to throw out the scrubby. I had tried a flushable, cloth-like cleaner in the past, but the paper dissolved away in the toilet bowl and couldn't clean much. It's probably too difficult to make a flushable abrasive cleaner (that will clean well).

Have always hated those toilet brushes that stood next to the toilet. Gross! In the past, I've had to don the rubber gloves and go at the "under the rim yuck" with a pumice stone. Tried the Clorox disposable brushes, but this product is so much better because it's made of a coarser material that can not only clean but can prevent the water mineral build up. Never had a problem with the brush coming off during use. Haven't had to pull out the rubber gloves since. Would be nice if they had some sort of stand or cover for the end....I keep mine under the sink with an open baggie over the end... That's the only reason it didn't get a 5 star rating.

I love these and the refills for cleaning the toilet. They do a great job under the rim. I tried the Clorax toilet cleaners and they did not do as good of a job.

I love this product. Toilets can get gross looking really fast if you don't clean them regularly. I prefer these disposable cleaners to other products on the market. The scotch-brite cleaner is really easy to use. You just attach the blue scrubber onto the white stick. Make sure your hand is dry. Dip the scrubber into the toilet water to wet it and the chemicals start coming off. The water should turn blue. Use the scrubber to scrub the sides of the toilet. Any discoloration will come off. The cleaner is so easy to use. The scrubber surface is pretty rough, which is good because that makes the dirt and other yucky stuff wipe off easily. Afterwards, simply push the little sliding piece on the stick to pop the blue scrubber off into the trash can. I know some people complain because the scrubbers use to be individually wrapped, but I find as long as you store the scrubbers in a dry low humidity environment, you don't have to worry about them leaching dye.

These work great between cleaning service visits. A quick, tidy way to do clean up without getting too involved. I have bought lots of re-fills too. Only complaint is that they have stopped individually wrapping the refills. Probably better for the environment but the individual plastic bags controlled the scent while they were stored, made it possible to avoid handling the swabs while attaching them to the stick and provided an easy way to remove and dispose of them after use.

The sponges are quite rigid and coarse, and thus would need a lot of pressure to really scrub, especially in the flush hole. However the stick is exceedingly flimsy, so you can't put enough pressure on it to get the sponges to really scrub anything; the sponges get lodged in the creases and then the wand just wobbles. For me the experience was: Scrub, flush, toilet still has streaks. Scrub again, flush again, toilet still has streaks. Repeat 5 times, throw the kit away and get your old scrubber back. I don't understand all the positive reviews.
