The two-tone surface promotes perfect browning. A silver grey exterior assures an efficient baking time and a medium grey interior protects against overbrowning. The reliable nonstick surface is made to release baked goods cleanly and completely, so cleanup is fast and easy. The pan is oven safe to 450 degrees F, but is not broiler safe. Dishwasher detergents contain caustic chemicals that will damage the nonstick surface and void the lifetime warranty. To best maintain the pan, use nylon, wood or coated utensils when cooking and cleaning.
