These mats were for my bunnies and they really loved them - chewed them all up and had a ball doing it. There is a tiny bit of each one left for a little more chewing. It's good for their teeth.

Great size and texture for your bunny! I bought 3 of them, and it's a good thing I did. I was hoping to provide my bunny with a comfortable bed that she could occasionally play with. The only bad thing was, she ripped it apart it in less than a day! She did have a lot of fun with it though. :) Overall, great product, maybe not as a bed though if your bunny is like mine... :D

I keep asking the dwarf rabbits how they like the mat. I put out some paper stars and tried to cajole them into rating it but they ate half of the stars and used the others for litter. I'm assuming they liked the mat because it was destroyed without a trace within a week. You can cut this mat in half for two rabbits to share, but then you'll undo the weave and it will start to come apart. Still, it keeps rabbits busy. They chewed on it, unraveled it, took the strands to different parts of the cage, and did all sorts of rabbity things.

My bunny Lola lovess this mat! Every time I buy her one she tears it up in a few hours. She loves to eat the mat too which is also good so she doesn't chew on anything else in the house and it can wear down her teeth.

OK...so I've a lionhead wharf bunny. I've been thinking whether to buy this mat for his cage either for him to chew on or sleep on for a while. Since I saw the reviews are excellent, I finally ordered one & try.

My bunny has been sleeping on a brick and cardboard w/o problem. So when this arrived, I just took out the brick and put this mat for him. OK... he DID NOT like to sit/ sleep on the mat at all! All he did was to chew on it! I was fine with it... I was thinking, oh maybe its just not smooth enough for him to sit/ sleep on so he didn't like it? I thought it was still safe for him to chew on it right?

No... I was wrong. After 6 days of having this mat, my bunny suddenly stopped eating/ drinking anything!!! And he couldn't balance when he walks. So just in case, I already took out the mat. And then I took him to the Vet this Monday. I thought he had an ear infection. But the Vet said that this doesn't mean that he has ear infection just cuz he can't balance when he walks. She said bunny may have an upset stomach caused by eating too much of the mat. She thinks that he is not used to this new type of food (the grass mat) and he has a sensitive stomach. So that's why he stopped eating/ drinking all of a sudden. And so he couldn't poop and walk properly.

Now after a few days of seeing the Vet and having the medicine & critical care food, my bunny Bobbie's feeling better. He finally started to eat & drink by himself. But I still need to force him to eat/ drink sometimes. Also he still is not as active as before. He still can't balance very well when he walks. My poor bunny... :(

I guess this grass mat might be good for some rabbits, but certainly mine can't handle it. I wish I had never bought it :( . And so if you're thinking about getting one, just to let you know you might be taking a risk too!!!

My Netherland dwarf rabbit loves to tear these apart. The only problem is that they do not last long. She can rip one to shreds within 2 days. But she has a wonderful time doing it. I highly recommend this product but be sure to buy several at a time to save on shipping.

i got a few for my 2 young mini rex rabbits, not knowing how destructive they would be with them. One mat was placed outside their sleeping box to catch loose bedding, one was set under their food bowls and one was used to set their hay on. They haven't tried chewing on them and they are pretty easy to clean off,i just blast them with the hose and shake them dry. They seem to be holding up well so far. I've built a large outdoor hutch and these help keep debris from falling onto the deck to a minimum.

I bought this months ago for my Dwarf Hotot, Cloudy. He loved it. Then he had a field day eating it. It lasted a good month or so, so I was pleased. Anyways, I decided to purchase another one. He is currently (at this exact moment) laying in his habitat, with his head resting on the mat. It is too cute, lol... he really likes this thing. Great price, too!
