I bought this from JoAnn Fabrics because someone said it was one of the best tape runners out there, but it's not. Every time I use it, I have to double-check to make sure I am holding it right side up and 9 times out of 10 I'm not and have to flip it around before I can begin taping (what a pain!). Half the time the tape doesn't come out, and I have to roll it and roll it to get it going again. A third issue is that the tape is too wide for delicate, small projects such cardmaking and gluing thin strips of paper, so I end up using a fine tip bottle of glue instead. I would not recommend this tape runner at all.

I used acid free adhesive for vellum quotes on a scrapbook page, and I could see the tape/adhesive through the vellum--had to be re-done. Once I researched the problem, I discovered the tape especially made for vellum. It works perfectly--just a bit icky to use--stringy!

I bought this specifically to make memorial candles. I found it very difficult to use. It does not come out of the dispenser easily and when I finally got a small piece of it on the paper it didn't "glue the ends of the vellum together very well. I had excellent results just using generic double stick tape. It was a waste of money.

Being a cardmaker, I had been looking for a tape or glue that would not show through vellum. This glue tape does exactly what I needed it to do. Some vellum tapes "yellow" after a short time, but I have not seen evidence of that with this tape. It's also easy to use.

The tape works well, and the runner is similar to any other runner. It is not refillable that I can tell. Also, the tape is VERY much seen through the vellum. I've used vellum tape that I purchased from Dots and that really couldn't be seen. However, I can no longer get that product so I tried this. Very disappointed. I used it on wedding invitations because I didn't have a choice; but I won't choose vellum in the future since the tape is not unseen.

I was working on a special project for 4 very special friends. Had lots of pages of vellum to attach to card stock. This tape work beautifully. You can't see it at all on the paper. Would definitely use again. Just sorry it didn't have ore tape on the dispener
